Skill, along with the Learning and Skills Network |
Group Discussion |
RNIB Employment and Learning Centre- East Edinburgh | ||
Skill, along with the Learning and Skills Network, has
recently been commissioned by the Disability Rights Commission to produce an
up-to-date guide on all aspects of the DDA for colleges and universities.
As part of this work, we would like to hear from disabled staff
and disabled students about their own experiences and anything they would
like to see included in the DDA guidance. We hope to be able to
use these discussions to develop meaningful case studies in the guidance,
from both a student and staff perspective. If you are interested in contributing to this group, or you know someone who may be interested, please contact Lesley Berry on 0131 475 2348 or e-mail [email protected]. The event will be held at the RNIB Employment and Learning Centre in East Edinburgh (likely to be late afternoon/early evening) and travel expenses will be covered
