Before a new law is introduced, there is usually a period of consultation, when the public is asked for opinions on the proposed law and the effect it can have.

We are currently working on the following: please click on the links for details. You can, of course, reply directly, but please let SDEF know your response so that we can put together a reply which reflects a range of opinions.
