Guidance for disabled people on the Disability Equality Duty

The DRC has published guidance for disabled people and their organisations on the Disability Equality Duty.

As well as covering what the duty means as a whole, the guidance explains how disabled people and their organisations can ensure they are involved in public decision making.

This guidance applies in Wales, Scotland and England and is available from the DRC Helpline.
